Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Harmoni (“the Service”) at harmoni.engineer, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Harmoni provides an AI agent platform that monitors third-party services, reasons about data, and takes actions on your behalf based on the configuration you provide. You are responsible for the agents you create and the actions they take.

3. Your account

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Access third-party services in ways that violate their terms of service.
  • Transmit malware, spam, or any harmful content.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service.
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.

5. Third-party integrations

The Service connects to third-party platforms (GitHub, Sentry, Vercel, etc.) using credentials you provide. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of those platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms.

6. AI-generated content

Agent outputs are generated by AI models and may be inaccurate. You are solely responsible for reviewing and acting on agent outputs. We make no warranty that agent actions are correct, complete, or appropriate for your situation.

7. Billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.
  • Usage is measured in hours consumed by your agents.
  • Unused hours do not roll over between billing periods.
  • You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

8. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.

9. Intellectual property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Harmoni and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you bring into the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting support@harmoni.engineer.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harmoni shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Harmoni is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
