1. Who we are

Harmoni (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the Harmoni platform at harmoni.engineer. We build AI-powered monitoring agents for software teams.

2. What we collect

  • Account information — email address and name when you sign up.
  • Integration credentials — OAuth tokens and API keys for services you connect (Sentry, GitHub, Vercel, etc.). These are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM and never shared with third parties.
  • Agent execution data — logs of what your agents did, including context summaries, tool calls, and actions taken. This data is stored in your account and used to power the execution trace viewer.
  • Usage data — token consumption and hours used for billing purposes.
  • Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

3. How we use your data

  • To run your AI agents and deliver the service you configured.
  • To calculate billing based on actual usage.
  • To send transactional notifications (agent alerts, billing receipts).
  • To improve the platform — aggregated, anonymised usage patterns only.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with the following sub-processors, strictly to operate the service:

  • Supabase — database and authentication
  • Vercel — hosting and serverless compute
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Fireworks AI — LLM inference for agent reasoning
  • Resend — transactional email

5. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@harmoni.engineer.

6. Security

All integration credentials are encrypted at rest. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We use Row Level Security (RLS) on all database tables to ensure your data is isolated from other organisations.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@harmoni.engineer.

8. Cookies

We use only essential session cookies required for authentication. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
