Common topics

Connecting an integration

Go to Connections in the sidebar, find the service you want to connect, and click Connect. For OAuth integrations, you'll be redirected to the service to authorise access. For API key integrations, paste your key into the form.

Creating an agent

Go to Agents and click New agent. The wizard will walk you through selecting connections, configuring a notification channel, optionally connecting a coding agent, and setting a schedule.

Agent not running

  • Check that the agent is set to Active on the agent detail page.
  • Check that your organisation has hours remaining in the current billing period.
  • Check that the agent's schedule and work hours settings allow it to run at the current time.
  • Review the Runs tab for any error messages.

Billing and plans

Go to Settings → Billing to view your current plan, hours remaining, and manage your subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never store card details.

Deleting your account

To delete your account and all associated data, email support@harmoni.engineer with the subject line Delete my account. We will process your request within 5 business days.
