What is an agent hour?

An agent hour is our unit of measurement for the effort an agent puts into a given task. Because AI operations are efficient, a typical agent run takes only a few minutes — meaning most plans cover thousands of runs per month.

Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You can manage everything from the Stripe customer portal inside your billing settings.

What happens if I run out of hours?

Agents pause until the next billing cycle resets your hours. If you've set an overage budget, Harmoni can automatically purchase the smallest hour pack needed to cover the deficit — up to your cap — so agents keep running.

Do hour packs expire?

Yes — hour packs are valid for 365 days from purchase. Monthly plan hours reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Packs are deducted after your monthly hours are consumed (FIFO).

What counts as a 'run'?

A run is one complete agent execution — from gathering context from your integrations, reasoning about what to do, to taking action. The complexity of each run depends on your agent's configuration and the integrations it monitors.

Is there a free trial?

The Free plan includes 3 hours/month with no credit card required, so you can build and test your first agents at no cost. Paid plans also come with a 14-day trial.

What's included in Enterprise?
